Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 May 2026
Pixelhive Studio ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain English, what data we collect when you visit pixelhive-studio.netlify.app or contact us about a project.
1. What we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. Specifically:
- Anonymous traffic data — when you visit this site, our hosting provider (Netlify) and our analytics tools may log standard information like your browser type, country, the page you visited, and how long you stayed. This data is not linked to your personal identity.
- Information you give us — if you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send (your name, email, phone number, project details).
2. What we don't collect
- We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
- We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
- We do not store payment information on this site.
3. How we use your information
If you contact us, we use your information only to reply to you and discuss your project. We keep enquiry emails and messages for as long as we're working with you, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you have follow-up questions or want to start another project.
4. Cookies
This site uses essential cookies for basic functionality (such as remembering whether you've dismissed a banner). We may use a single cookie set by Google Analytics (if enabled) to count anonymous visitors. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting site usability.
5. Third-party services
We use the following services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Netlify — hosts this website.
- Google Fonts & Analytics — fonts and (optional) anonymous analytics.
- WhatsApp — when you click our WhatsApp button.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to: see what data of yours we hold, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it entirely. Just email pixelhive206@gmail.com and we'll respond within a few days.
7. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top and, if the changes are significant, mention it on the homepage.
